Reporting an Incident
CUA students, faculty, professional staff, and residents of the Brookland community/larger DC metropolitan area who are interested in reporting an issue or concern involving CUA students should contact the Office of Student Conduct & Ethical Development at cua-studentconduct@cua.edu.
Upon receipt of the concern, staff in the Office of Student Conduct & Ethical Development will review the report and determine the appropriate forum for resolution. If you have any problems accessing the form or authenticating your identity, please contact our office.
