Reporting an Incident
Faculty and professional staff, and residents of the Brookland community/larger DC metropolitan area, can use the following online form for reporting incidents of possible violations of university policy involving CUA students.
Upon receipt of an incident report, staff in the Office of Student Conduct & Ethical Development will review the report and determine the appropriate forum for resolution. If you have any problems accessing the form or authenticating your identity, please contact our office.
CUA students who wish to report an incident involving other CUA students are encouraged to contact a staff member in the Office of Student Conduct & Ethical Development or the Office of the Dean of Students.
